So apparently there are only 12 weeks until Christmas! Say what!? Yes, that's right. Twelve weeks until Christmas. It's crazy how time flies!
Christmas is my favorite season of the year. I get so giddy and excited whenever Christmas is around the corner. I love how it brings family and friends together and all the festivities and decor around the city. Then New Year happens followed by a whole month of writing down the wrong year on documents.
For the last few years, my list of Christmas stuff to crochet has been growing. I'd love to just be able to sit down and crochet all day without needing to worry about anything else, but sadly, that's not realistic.
If it's not BB pulling my arm and wanting me to climb into her crib to play with her, then baby Mui Mui wants to be held and coddled. Time to myself is limited to when both my kids are asleep. And let's face it, how often does that happen?
Today, I want to share some of my favorite Christmas crochet patterns from some of my favorite designers. And best of all, they're all FREE! Is it too soon for you to start your Christmas crochet projects? No, not really.
If your life is as chaotic as mine, you may not even start it in time for this year's Christmas, let alone finish it.
If you happen to be one of those people with lots of free time to craft, then sure, make all of these. One for each week and before you know it, Santa will be climbing down your chimney.
Crocheted Snowball Wreath by Repeat Crafter Me
I've wanted to crochet a wreath for a while now, but I just haven't gotten around to it. I bought the wreath last year and never did anything with it.
It's still sitting in my closet. Repeat Crafter Me has designed and created many crochet wreath patterns for different seasons.
I particularly like this snowball wreath as it doesn't scream Christmas in your face, which means you can leave it up for the entire winter season without feeling like you need to take it down the day right after Christmas.

Christmas Lights by Jean Herman
I pinned these crochet Christmas lights on my Pinterest boards a few years ago. I planned to make and use them to decorate around the TV bench and underneath the kitchen counter for Christmas, but I never got around to it.
Since moving into our apartment, we haven't really spent a proper Christmas at home yet as we went traveling last winter.

Christmas Tree Advent Calendar by The Cookie Snob
On a diet this year? Not all advent calendars need to contain chocolate. This Christmas Tree Advent Calendar inspired by The Cookie Snob comes in zero calories.
In fact, you may lose some calories from all the work you do to complete this project. If your apartment is small like ours, one of these would be perfect since it won't take up as much space as an actual Christmas tree.

Baby's First Christmas Stocking by Grateful Prayer, Thankful Heart
This year will be Mui Mui's first Christmas! But these Christmas stockings are so charming it doesn't need to be your baby's first Christmas to make them!
I didn't get a chance to make a stocking for BB's first Christmas, but that just means I can make 2 this year!

Frosted Snowflake Sugar Cookies by Squirrel Picnic
If you're one of those people who feel that Santa could use a diet, why not treat him to some handmade crocheted sugar cookies. These crocheted cookies are deceivingly cute.
I'm sure Santa can't stay mad for very long. On the other hand, Mrs. Claus might admire and appreciate the craftsmanship that went behind making these crochet cookies.

Crochet Nativity Part 1 and Part 2 by Liz Ward
Christmas is often represented as the event where a jolly old man breaks into your home in the middle of the night and places all these wonderful gifts under your tree.
That's great and all, but at the end of the day, let's not forget the true meaning of Christmas. This crochet nativity set is perfect for teaching the little ones about the birth and arrival of our Lord Jesus Christ.
