Back-to-school season is here and what better way to celebrate than with a colorful and creative project? This adorable crochet crayon welcome banner is the perfect DIY decoration to add a touch of color and cheer to your classroom, child's room, and/or play area.
For a long time, I've had this vision of a colorful and playful crochet crayon banner hanging above my desk. I wanted to create a vibrant and cheerful workspace that would inspire my creativity. However, I was always waiting for the perfect colors to come together.
Every now and then, I dabble in crafts that are not crochet and I have fun doing it! If you love Disney and Taylor Swift, you'll want to check out this DIY project!
Earlier this year, our family took a Disney Cruise vacation! Disney Cruise vacations are not cheap, so to help with costs, we chose to take one of their shorter 4-day repositioning cruises from Vancouver to San Diego on the Disney Wonder. It was a great way to get a taste of cruising with Disney without breaking the bank!
Every Disney vacation deserves something special made like all my other Disney vacations. I usually craft a lot as preparation and help build up excitement!
As the leaves begin to turn and the crisp breeze fills the air, the enchanting season of autumn takes center stage. What better way to embrace its cozy charm than by decorating our spaces with charming crochet pumpkins?
These delightful crochet pumpkins are not your typical crochet pumpkins. I've purposely handpicked the most unique and FREE crochet pumpkin patterns from the Internet for you to enjoy.
They not only add a touch of handmade warmth to your home but they also offer a canvas for artistic expression.

Did you know that Tamagotchis are still in production and going strong? The most popular toy from the 90s made a comeback when Pixar's Turning Red was released!
Turning Red has become one of my family's favorite movies of all time! As a Chinese Canadian kid who grew up in the 90s, this movie brought back so many memories. The moment I saw Meilin Lee (aka Mei, the main character) marching onto the screen with a Tamagotchi strapped to her backpack, I knew it was going to be good.
